All properties have satellite TV with a range of channels (all BBC, ITV and free Sky Channels). Guests who have a "Sky" card can use this to obtain subscription channels. Houses all have a selection of board games and books.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is available for use (strict rules on use apply) and is fully alarmed for safety. Guests are supplied with their key for access/safety.

Gas and electricity is included. For bookings during May and September, when the temperatures are lower it is suggested that guests pre book the use of electric heaters to help ensure their comfort. The additional cost is £35 per week.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included in the rental costs. With the exception of the Stables houses are fitted with stair-gates. Cots and high chairs can be provided on request at no extra charge. A folding bed can be provided, at no charge, for a child to sleep in a parent's room. This must be booked in advances.

There is shared laundry room with an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer (small charge for use). All houses have an iron and ironing board.

Logs for the fire or wood burning stoves can be purchased locally by guests either from a nearby farm or from the proprietors or caretaker.
